Friends of Rowlett Animals (FRAs) is a 501(c)(3) all volunteer non-profit organization which assists the Rowlett Animal Shelter by providing volunteers and managing TNR of community cats within the City of Rowlett. We also operate a cat rescue program which saved over 370 cats/kittens last year.

Our mission is to provide resources, programs and education to promote adoption and care of homeless pets in Rowlett and the Lake Ray Hubbard area.
